Chris McGuane
Chris began his career with Spence Construction in 2004 as a crane truck driver and maintenance man, despite having completed a steel apprenticeship earlier in his career and with no initial intention of returning to steel work. A few months into the role, Chris was tasked with correcting steelwork on a unit project in Lorne — a turning point that shaped his future. Nearly two decades later, Chris is now the Manager of STEEL360, one of his greatest achievements to date. He looks forward to seeing the continued growth of the STEEL360 brand and team, with aspirations of becoming a prominent leader in the industry. Outside of work, Chris enjoys watching his kids play sport and following local football.

Rick Throckmorton
Rick joined STEEL360 as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience while working on a range of exciting projects through Spence Construction. He is focused on completing his apprenticeship and continuing to build his skills, with the goal of becoming a valuable long-term member of the STEEL360 team. Outside of work, Rick enjoys following his sons’ football, speedway racing and getting away on camping trips.

Alex Genua
Alex has been working in the steel and metal fabrication industry since 1997, making him a highly skilled and knowledgeable expert in the field. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Alex consistently delivers high-quality results across every project. Alongside his technical expertise, Alex is also recognised for his excellent customer service, taking the time to understand client needs and build strong, lasting relationships.

Kye Crowden
Kye joined STEEL360 as an apprentice and brings a high level of dedication along with a wealth of life experience to her role. Her commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to learn make her a valuable and inspiring member of the STEEL360 team.

Jason joined STEEL360 as an apprentice and has quickly become a valued member of the team. With his friendly personality and strong work ethic, Jason brings a positive attitude to the workplace and a genuine commitment to developing his skills.
